This tour is a group transportation product, and the following terms and conditions apply to ensure smooth operation and safety. By making a reservation, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below.
1. Professional Tour Leader Accompanying the Entire Tour Safe guidance: A professional tour leader will accompany the group throughout the entire tour. Role: The tour leader will assist with overall schedule management, cross-border travel procedures, information about the destination country, shopping tips, and other support to help you enjoy a well-organized trip. Please note that individual activities during free time are not included within the tour leader’s responsibility.
2. Punctuality for Group Tour Meeting Time (Departure Without Waiting) Immediate departure: Due to the nature of a group tour, we will not contact late participants individually or wait for them separately. The tour will depart on time without delay. Late arrival policy: If you miss the bus due to late arrival, it will be considered a same-day no-show, and no refund will be provided. Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.
3. Required Identification and Travel with Children (Legal Obligation) Passport required: As this is a cross-border tour, carrying a valid original passport (and residence permit, if applicable) is a legal requirement. Any legal issues or interruption of the tour caused by failure to carry the required documents will be the sole responsibility of the participant. Child car seat: If you are traveling with an infant or young child who requires a car seat, you must bring your own. Boarding may be denied if no car seat is provided, in accordance with local traffic laws.
4. Minimum Number of Participants and Force Majeure Minimum group size: The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of 25 participants is not reached. In such cases, notice will be given no later than 7 days before departure, and a full refund will be issued. Force majeure: The itinerary may be canceled or changed if safe operation becomes difficult due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. [Important] Cancellation and Refund Policy All refunds are subject to a 5% deduction for financial and administrative fees, and the following policy applies:
- Cancellation requested up to 14 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus 5% fee
- Cancellation requested from 14 days to 3 days before the tour start date: 50% refund after deduction of the 5% fee
- Cancellation requested from 2 days before departure to the day of departure, or no-show: No refund
6. Purchased Goods and Customs Responsibility (Netherlands / EU Regulations) Customs responsibility: As this tour involves travel within the EU, general shopping for personal use is typically permitted. However, any issues related to excessive purchases of restricted goods such as alcohol or tobacco, including exceeding import allowances, shall be the sole responsibility of the participant. Luggage responsibility: When using the vehicle’s luggage compartment, we are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings. Please take special care of fragile items.
7. Additional Notice — Insurance and Personal Responsibility
Jin Tour, as the tour operating company, maintains basic liability insurance. However, personal accident insurance, illness insurance, and medical insurance for individual participants are not included in this tour product. Therefore, for a safe and worry-free trip, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase their own travel insurance before departure.
In addition, Jin Tour shall not be held legally responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage caused by a participant’s failure to follow the tour leader’s guidance or safety instructions. Any incidents, accidents, injuries, lost belongings, or theft of personal items that occur during free time shall be considered the participant’s own responsibility, and Jin Tour shall not bear legal liability for such matters.
8. Respectful Participation and Conduct To ensure a pleasant experience for all participants, the following rules must be strictly observed. If a participant violates these rules, the tour leader may, at their discretion, require the participant to leave the tour. In such cases, no refund will be given.

- No abusive or offensive language
- No behavior that causes discomfort or inconvenience to others
Group conduct:
- No unauthorized leaving and rejoining the group
- No unapproved independent activities outside the agreed schedule
9. Vehicle Use and Schedule Flexibility Vehicle etiquette: To maintain a comfortable environment, strongly odorous food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the vehicle. Schedule changes: Due to local traffic congestion, border inspections, store conditions, or other operational factors, the duration of stops and return time may change flexibly. No compensation will be provided for such changes.
