Terms of Service

Booking & Contract : By completing a booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The contract between you and ZIN TOUR is established at the time of payment.

Professional Tour Leader : A professional tour leader will accompany all tours to assist with schedule management, border crossing procedures, local information, and general support. Individual activities during free time are outside the tour leader's scope of responsibility.

Punctuality & Departure Policy : Due to the group nature of our tours, we are unable to contact or wait for late participants. We strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Failure to board due to late arrival will be treated as a same-day no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Required Documents : For cross-border tours, carrying a valid original passport (and residence permit, if applicable) is a legal requirement. Any legal issues or tour interruptions caused by missing documents are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Traveling with Children : If traveling with an infant or young child requiring a car seat, participants must bring their own. Boarding may be denied if no car seat is provided, in accordance with local traffic regulations.

Vehicle Rules : To maintain a comfortable environment for all passengers, strongly odorous food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the vehicle.

Purchases & Customs Responsibility : General shopping for personal use is permitted during EU tours. However, any customs issues arising from excessive purchases of restricted goods (e.g., alcohol, tobacco) are the sole responsibility of the participant. ZIN TOUR is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment.

Participant Conduct : To ensure a pleasant experience for all, the following rules must be observed. Violations may result in removal from the tour at the tour leader's discretion, with no refund provided.

  • Arrive on time at all meeting points

  • No alcohol consumption or disruptive behavior on the vehicle

  • No offensive or abusive language toward other participants or staff

  • No unauthorized departure from or rejoining of the group

  • No unapproved independent activities outside the agreed schedule

Travel Insurance : ZIN TOUR, as a travel operator, is covered by basic liability insurance, but personal accident and medical insurance are not included. Therefore, for your safe travel, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
