Cancellation & Refund Policy
All ZIN TOUR travel products are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy from the moment the booking is confirmed.
All refunds are subject to a 5% deduction for payment processing and administrative fees.

Minimum Participant Requirement Each tour product has its own minimum number of participants, as specified on the individual product page. If the minimum is not met, customers will be notified no later than 7 days before departure and will receive a full refund.
Force Majeure If a tour is canceled or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or border restrictions — a full refund or itinerary change will be offered depending on the situation. Minor schedule adjustments (e.g., stop durations, return time) do not qualify for compensation.
