Q1. What is the difference between a General Member and a Royal Member? A: General Members can purchase one-off tour products without paying a membership fee. Royal Members pay an annual fee of €50 (renewed annually) or a lifetime fee of €100 to enjoy special discounts and free benefits.
Q2. What are the benefits of joining as a Royal Member? A: Upon joining as a Royal Member, you will immediately receive a '1-time free tour coupon'. Afterwards, an automatic 10% discount is applied to all Zin Tour products you book, and you will also receive free travel consultations.
Q3. Can my family enjoy the Royal Membership benefits together? A: Yes, they can. When you sign up, you can add your spouse and children aged 18 and under to register as a family membership. For children aged 18 and under, there is an additional fee of €15 per child, allowing the whole family to enjoy benefits like the 10% discount on all products.
Q4. Can I gift a Royal Membership to someone else? A: Yes, you can purchase the membership in the form of a Gift Card (Cadeaukaart) to give to your loved ones.
Q5. Is travel insurance included in the tour products? A: No, travel insurance is not included in any of Zin Tour's products. For a safe trip, customers must purchase travel insurance individually.
Q6. What is the capacity and cost of private tours (e.g., Keukenhof Tesla Tour)? A: The private Keukenhof tour operates in a premium Tesla X vehicle and can accommodate up to 6 passengers. The fixed price is €500 (excluding entrance fees), and pick-up service in and around Amsterdam is provided free of charge.
